I left Yamamori with a bad taste in my mouth on Sunday night. The food was great, even outstanding, the service was fast and attentive, the bill pissed me off. Not the simple cost of the food, no I know what to expect eating out, and the cost of the food in Yamamori is not over the top, but they ADD a service charge on the bill.
10% is added to my bil, what the hell. You really know how to piss me off. Why add the 10%? Are you not charging the correct price for the food? Should I tell you when I come in that I want crap service and a surly waiter? Will that stop you ripping me off?
I love your food, the restaurant is well laid out, it is an easy place to enjoy company for a few hours, but the sting in the tail will have me choosing somewhere else.
The one who loses is Yamamori, I will not recommend you to anyone. Oh yeah and the waiter, he gets no tip either.
