I am in PC World buying something or other at least twice a month, and I still get blown away by the service in Carrickmines compared to Liffey Valley. Every time I have shopped in PC World at Liffey Valley I come away very anoyed and angry at the complete lack of customer service.
However I discovered that there is also a PC World store at Carrickmines, it is a little further away for me to drive to, but it is worth the extra ten minutes. I ask a question and someone helps – I still get blown over by it. I still keep expecting the rudeness of Liffey Valley and I get amazed that two branches of the same store only 10km apart are so different.
The opening hours are not on the receipt but I know that they are open by 10am every day, except for Sunday when they open at noon. Their telephone number is 1890700001 – and do yourself a favor, don’t go to PC World at Liffey Valley, try Carrickmines.

I don’t know when you were last there but I was there yesterday and I got great service. I even asked questions about my home PC and got free advice. Maybe they’ve changed their sales people.
@Max
I haven’t been to the store in Liffey Valley for a long time as I find the service in Carrickmines great.
Warning – dont rely on there centralise stock system. I rang one of the branches and was told that there was stock (3) of a product (ipad2 32G) in Airside store – drove from Wicklow, only to be told instore that it was a ‘glitch’ – SORT IT OUT PCWORLD
Always ring the individual branch & check before getting in your car
