Monsoon in Rathmines is an Indian restaurant, and a bloody good one at that. I was there recently and we ate the early bird menu. Now often I think that these menus are going to be substandard, but not here, not at all. The food was good, large enough portions, and tasted like I would expect a good Indian restaurant to.
